How do i send SMS with our Web to Phone SMS solution?
After you have registered, login with your username and password and click the link "send sigle sms (for sigle sms) or send bulk sms (for bulk sms) ". Type in the required information and click on submit button.

What are SMS credits?
SMS credits are currency unit to express our prices. One text message is equivalent to 5 credits (=N=05:00).

How do I purchase SMS credits?
Click on the signup form to create an account. after creating your account, you can purchase credit by paying in money to our account (see A/C information below) with your username (username from your newly created account or an existing username, if you already have an account with with), scan and send the teller to info@signonsms.com. Alternatively, come to our office and pay for sms credit .

What is a flash message?
The flash message service enables you to send to a mobile phone a message that will appear at the recipient's mobile screen. This means that your recipient won't have to read the message in his mobile phone's inbox.

I sent an SMS but it did not reach the destination, why?
Check for your Network Operator on our Network Coverage page. If your operator is not present on the list then you are not covered. If your operator is covered but no message arrived, then check the following:
- Is the GSM number entered correctly?
- Did you put your country code no. .
- Does the message exceed 160 characters?

How do I send one message to a group of people with just one click?
Just separate multiple mobile phone numbers by a comma (,), click on the send bulk sms link and fill out the form, click on submit and you are done.
